My Microsoft Power Point cannot read and download .pps files sent to me by e-mail. What to do?
I also tried to download the china.pps file containing photographs with Adobe Reader 7.0 but got the report that it cannot read the file "because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged(for example, it was sent as an e-mail attachment and was not correctly decoded)". On receipt of this intimation from me, my friend from Canada sent another bunch of photos in a china.pps file attached to another e-mail letter. This time also, as was in the previous case, after downloading about 500 kb, the downloading stopped and the reports were the same. I searched on the web and obtained a free download of Power Point 2003 but this PPViewer has also failed.
