Hard Drive Cloning?

Is there a software like a beta version or something that is totally free cloing program, I am wanting to clone my pc onto my little 60Gb harddrive so later on i can use that to reinstall or clone a clean version of windows plus my important files without have to go through painstaking time to reinstall everything and the lame revolving crap that i call microsoft and have to explain to them everything over and over again
Any help would greatly be appreciated, maybe even a Full Trial Version with no limitations, I have tried Norton Ghost plus others but all have limits.

Free ghost and partimage are totally free programs, as is clonezilla and g4u.

They are all "full versions". Any one of which will do what you are wanting to do.
