It isnt a bad deal considering it is for a 13.3 inch laptop and those are slightly more expensive than the 15.4 inch ones.
Considering u are getting windows vista, u may want to consider 4 gb of ram becuase vista running by itself takes up 700-800 mb minimum. The livecare is relaly good becuase i have it and it works liek a charm.
Also, the media accelerator isnt good for gaming, but if u r not goin to play games, its good.
