If you know, can you please tell additional info like pros and cons? =)
Because aside from basic email, calendar, address book features etc, we NEED to be able to do things such as:
a. create/program electronic forms
b. route documents among different people (for approval etc)
c. repository of documents (possibly limiting access to certain people) or company-wide reports
d. ...etc etc
These are possible in Lotus Notes, right? We're also looking for other alternatives. How about Microsoft Outlook? Can we do the things I listed above? Like create simple programs for e-forms and routing? Haven't actually tried Office 2007 but I heard it already has very good collaboration tools (Grove? SharePoint? Can these programs do the above?). How about any good open source solutions?

You can go down the Lotus notes route, or you can go with Microsoft.
Sharepoint is the Microsoft document collaboration server - if you alreday have a Windows Server, I'm not sure it costs much/anything in licensing to add Sharepoint - check that.
Outlook is a fantastic tool for mail, calendar management/sharing and tasking.
Electronic forms are made with the rest of the MS Office suite.

Is this a work laptop, or ex. work laptop?
The Office XP has been installed from a network resource (computer named ERINDALE) and the setup is attempting to find the Office setup file on a computer that doesn't exist at your home.
You will need to uninstall Office XP and re-install from a local resource CD or speak to your admin at your workplace.
