Sorry but if it's rediculously cheap it's probably a scam. I'd only ever go with Microsoft or your local computer store's website.
Another alternative is OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/) which is a free/opensource version of Microsoft Office designed to be as like it as possible. I've only ever used open office and MUCH prefer it to Microsoft Office it has all the packages but there named a little differently. It has Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher etc.
And the files it saves them as work perfectly with Microsoft Office.
