How to sync these email accounts?
I am a big gmail fan; I like google docs, I like chatting with people through the browser, and I have an android phone, so having gmail makes my life easier. For work, I have a microsoft exchange account. Until now, I have been using POP3 to download the exchange mail to my gmail account, and tagging it with a "work" label. Unfortunately, POP3 is not instant, it takes anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour for one of my "work" emails to be downloaded to my gmail. Can anyone suggest a better solution to my problem that syncs mail immediately upon its arrival? I am also using the gmail feature that lets me send mail from either my gmail or work email address; if possible I'd like to keep that.

Use Email forwarding. Dont use POP3, I dont see why you need it.
