Just as I can find per program CPU usage in Task Manager (Win), how can I find per program disk usage?
Is there any application (Microsoft's or otherwise) which can give me information about what program is using the disk. Sometimes my hard-disk light keeps flashing for a long time, but I don't understand what is causing it.
I am basically looking for an application that does exactly what Windows Task Manager does for CPU usage .. except that I want it to give the same information for disk usage.

check off I/O reads and I/O writes
press OK
you can also try Virtual Memory Size in case you're out of memory windows will use the HD.
It might be windows search or an anti-virus program.
