The database will be accessed and updated by about 15 users at a time. I dont have or know how to use sql server or oracle
Yeah, you can put Access on a server and use it as a backend...it's not a GOOD solution by any means, unless you're using a simple, rudimentary application. In truth, it's better to invest the money. Like I said though, you don't have to.
