Everytime I try to download a spyware remover or anti virus it doesnt happen I cant download anything, I cant work on my computer in safe mode, I cant use system restore, or task manager not even microsoft word, excel, power point etc. when I go to web pages a box comes up that says RUNDLL an exeception occured while trying to run C:WindowsSystems...and some other stuff the desktop screen says Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your pc click here to scan your pc for spyware when I click it nothing happens my computer is running slow how do I get rid of this annoying crap when my computer wont let me download anything!
