Microsoft Word is going to kill my soul...?
Hey! Alright, I have Microsoft Word 2007 trial version. I've spent the last three or so hours working on an English assignment due tomorrow. I finished, exalted, saved the file and sent it to myself.
I closed the screen, and moved onto my next bit of homework. However, when I went back to find the file to print it, it only showed up a previous version of the file, as opposed to the completed version. I swear, I'm going to have a heart attack or something if I don't find this file. It's pretty late as it is, and it took forever. If anyone can help me FIND THE GODDAMNED THING, then I will really, totally appreciate it. >>. Maybe a back up or something? :/
Can't answer this question right off the bat, however I recommend Ubuntu with Beryl. Ubuntu is a Linux system with OpenOffice.org. Those clerical problems can be kissed bye-bye. As also the spyware,virus crap, and the eventual slowing down of your system. Uses very little of your ram, or Harddrive. Plus the Beryl add-on, makes WinVista Aero's desktop look ancient. Go to YouTube.com, and put Ubuntu+Beryl in the search window. Check out a few of the vids,( on the right). Then go to Linux.com, and wake up, as I did!
