Setting Up Exchange Server 2007 with Windows Server 2008?

Hi, got a brand new server at work, installed server 2008 on it and exchange. Now the websites that we use are hosted by 1and1. How do I set up Exchange to utilize that? I'm not terribly familiar with server technologies but I am a quick learner. When answering please do not assume I have set everything up correctly, like i said i am basically a newbie to server technology. Please help been through everything from phoning Microsoft to 1and1.
Sorry maybe I wasn't to clear:
Exchange is installed. Everything just needs configured to my web server. I don't really want to shift my emails onto an internal server (and same with the website). I want it all still to be kept with 1and1, saves downtime since we are in a very unreliable area.
