Hi, I'm trying to install a download copy of Microsoft Office 2010. I have windows XP (service pack 3) and the problem is that the download does not start up. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

I don't know what you mean by a download "copy". You or someone else made a copy of MS Office and you are trying to get it to install? That won't work, you need the original disk.
If it's something you downloaded from the Microsoft web site, then it should self-install. If it didn't, then redownload it again.
