i heard great feedback from this site, http://www.spywarevoid.com/remove-privacy-center-privacycenter-removal.html#manual_removal and how people said it works no matter how many times you try it. but i need help figuring out how unblock task manger cause reading the steps from the site, it says that press ctrl, alt and delete and at once and then click task manger and techically speaking it wont let me click it, it is blocked or something is there any to unblock it (unblock task manger) or at least any other ways of removing privacy center from my computer and i have tried the steps from http://www.microsoft.com/privacy/ it didn't help either
