Ive told him that I believe he will be able to do a USB cable sync, but Im not certain, because Exchange impacts the way that Outlook profile data is stored (no PST, only OST). Hes also interested in wireless sync, but I dont know if Verizon offers their Wireless Sync product for Blackberry.
Can anyone offer clarification? Ive considered calling Verizon, but I dont normally like to ask the guy trying to sell me something if it will work for my needs.
